Our operatives are all fully LANTRA and NPTC Trained and assessed and we are, of course, fully insured (Norwich Union Commercial) giving you the peace of mind you need when you call us in to work at your home or on your site.
Although we work very closely with tree surgeons, landscapers, conservatory erectors and smaller building contractors, our speciality is the safe and clean grinding and removal of tree stumps.
If you are a domestic or a commercial customer and wish to include us in a larger project then we will co-ordinate our work to ensure timelines are met.
Our Managing Director has a forestry and outdoor pursuits background, and therefore holds a deep regard for the environment.
At Stump and Grind our number one priority is customer service. We understand how frustrating it can be waiting for a tradesman to arrive, especially when you’ve had to take time off to let them in. All of our appointments are confirmed and our operatives will arrive punctually and well presented. If for any reason we did have to cancel or delay your booking (ie weather conditions) Stump and Grind would contact you well in advance, so that a new date can be arranged with minimum impact on yourself.
